Event Registration Systems

Our team put efficient and simple to use forms in place to capture delegate information and process event registrations efficiently. We don’t just rely on the technology we monitor and proactively communicate with delegates to ensure everything runs smoothly.

On Site Technology

Echo Events Australia, a conference and event management company well equipped with events-related technology.

• Desktop computers with a comprehensive suite of programs, lap-top computers for use on-site, laser and colour printers, backup facilities, broadband internet connection, fax machine
• An internet-based phone system is used to significantly reduce call costs. The benefit of the reduced call costs is passed onto the clients.
• Summit software (event and conference management system can be configured by our experience staff for registrations, sponsorship, trade exhibition management, etc)
• MYOB accounting facilities and secure credit card (merchant) facilities
• Echo Events Australia will supply two computers and 2 colour printers for on site use at no additional equipment cost.
