Marketing and Print Production
When it comes to Event Management Marketing our conference managers have the experience to make it deliver results.
All marketing and print materials produced will have a consistent ‘look and feel’ and maintain the relevant event theme, colours, images and logo.
Echo Events write the promotional materials in consultation with the client and will work closely with the contracted designer/printer to ensure consistency and quality in production. Other promotional materials include e-newsletters, posters, postcards or flyers, the registration brochure, delegate handbook/abstracts volume and the conference satchel.
The Marketing and Print Production service also includes:
- Management of the website development, including writing the web content and ongoing website updating, through an external designer
- Managing of the print production including writing and development of postcards, flyers, registration brochures, conference programs, handbook/abstracts volume, CDs and signage
- Developing the communications strategy for promotion of the conference or event e.g. e-newsletters, first announcement postcards, advertising and printed registration brochures
