Registration and Accommodation Management

Echo Event’s Registration and Accommodation Management Service includes event accommodation block sourcing and management.

We also set up the conference registration process to enable delegates to register via three methods i.e. online, mail or fax.

Our conference managers manage the registration of delegates including collection and processing of payments into a conference specific bank account.

Confirmation of registration will be managed in a timely manner, using an event-specific software package. The confirmation will include all delegate information and participation, e.g. conference registration, function attendance, accommodation requirements, session requirements, receipt of payment and inclusion of a tax invoice.

The turn around time from the receipt of the registration with payment to producing a confirmation letter is around 48 hours. Confirmation of participation may be emailed or posted, depending on requirement.

Our professional conference organisers manage the marketing and print production of your registration brochure, as well as the development of an online PDF registration brochure, containing the registration form, which may be downloaded from the website and then mailed or faxed to Echo Events.
