Speaker and Program Logistics

We can provide a complete Speaker and Program Logistics Service to assist the conference event planner or client to develop a quality conference program. Echo Event’s conference managers are experienced in speaker/program management, including:

  • Establishing speaker requirements and entitlements prior to approaching speakers
  • Developing and maintaining a program matrix for use by the client
