The factors include the venue’s capacity, the number of potential delegates, number of sessions and our conference managers will recommend whether your organisation requires a sit-down or stand-up lunch, associated trade exhibition requirements, desired destination and budgetary constraints.
The Venue Management Service provides:
- Venue contract negotiation and management
- Ongoing liaison with the venue to allocate rooms, discuss catering and dietary requirements, manage final numbers and discuss staging/theming
- Venue brief production containing all information pertaining to the event
